Dominique Cadiou

Philanthropy Manager

Dominique has always worked in fundraising, raising money for a range of important causes in international development, human rights, the arts, hospices and homelessness.

Over the years, her work has taken her to Africa, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Eastern Europe. She has travelled and immersed herself in local communities, working with people at the front lines of development.

She now lives in Oxford and is still passionate about fundraising. For her, it’s all about matching a donor’s interest with a cause that they feel passionate about. Building and nurturing those relationships is what she enjoys the most and seeing the outcomes that originate from these are her ultimate joy.

She is now excited to work with Pelorus Foundation to build a strong community of donors and supporters to help grow our projects and partnerships. Through these, she hopes to empower more individuals and local communities to preserve and protect the world’s wildlife and wild places for future generations.

When she’s not fundraising she goes for runs and works in her garden. She also spends as much time as she an with her wonderlful grand-daughter.
