Elisabeth is the founder of Liquid, an integrated communications agency working across marketing, PR, social, digital, performance marketing, design and content production.

Full of energy, Elisabeth isn't stopping.

Alongside her leadership of Liquid, Elisabeth has developed a longstanding commitment to wildlife conservation and the protection of the natural world. She serves as a trustee of the Pelorus Foundation, supporting its work with frontline organisations and local communities to protect threatened species, restore vulnerable ecosystems and strengthen conservation efforts around the world.

She previously served as a trustee of Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust, giving her direct governance experience with one of the UK’s best-established international conservation organisations. Elisabeth has also used her professional expertise to amplify the work of conservationists in the field.

Under her leadership, Liquid provided many years of pro bono communications support to the Whitley Fund for Nature, helping bring greater visibility to grassroots leaders protecting endangered wildlife and habitats.

Lis is an internationally recognised PR leader having served as Chair of Governors of Bloxham School in Oxfordshire for 5 years and a Governor for 15 years. She has been a mentor to the Government Communications Service and has undertaken two capability reviews for the Cabinet Office. In February 2025, Lis was named Business Woman of the Year at the Signature Awards and in June 2025 she made the 40 over 40 women in PR Power List.
